  I had a really positive experience at the Withernsea Banking Hub. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make the process straightforward. It’s a fantastic service for the local community and makes everyday banking much more accessible.

  After my banking app went down I contacted the Withernsea banking hub was asked to see Harriet she spent over an hour sorting it for me she went over and above to help me finally back on line I can't thank Harriet enough for sorting the problem out for me.

  I have visited the hub on many occasions for their services I seem to speak with Melissa who works on the counter Melissa has been very helpful in directing me in the Right direction Melissa is always polite & has a good attitude towards customers.

  I used this banking hub for the first time and was just as easy as going into a bank or post office. Good to know we still have these facilities around especially for the older people and those who don't use online banking.
